A total of 8 companies were shortlisted for the three projects of cell, battery cluster and BMS, and Muller energy and CATL were also shortlisted. According to the public review results, we and CATL's 150Ah 280Ah batteries and CATL energy storage batteries are appointed. The energy storage battery cluster finalists include CATL, Muller energy and three other companies. In the field of battery management systems, the finalists are Gaote Electronics, CATL, and Hyperstron.

According to the previous announcement, the review includes: review of qualified suppliers of energy storage cells, battery clusters and battery management systems in China in 2022-2023;As well as the qualification evaluation and review of the supply and technical service providers for the production of energy storage cells, battery clusters and battery management systems of Xinyuan Intelligent Storage Energy Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of State Power Investment Corporation China. Among them, the battery cell requires that the bidder should be a battery cell manufacturer, the lithium battery cell should have a test report issued by a third-party organization, and pass the GB/T 36276-2018 certification, and the bidder's battery cell shipment volume has reached 1GWh since 2020. The above, and the lithium battery cells participating in this tender have accumulated no less than 100MWh lithium iron phosphate battery cell energy storage project performance since January 1, 2018. The battery cluster requires that the bidder should be a battery cluster manufacturer, and the battery cluster used in this bid should have a test report issued by a third-party organization, and have passed the GB/T 36276-2018 Lithium-ion battery for power energy storage, GB/T 34131-2017 certification, the battery cluster used in this bidding has accumulated no less than 200MWh of power station energy storage project performance since January 1, 2018. The battery management system requires that the bidder should be a battery management system manufacturer, and the battery management system used in this bid should have a test report issued by a third-party organization, and be certified by GB/T 34131-2017. Since January 1, 2018, the cumulative performance of power station energy storage projects with a battery management system of not less than 200MWh.
